• Second, we spend only as much time as is necessary on the configuration for a trial, and no more. You'll be able to produce documentation that is sufficiently in accordance with your required standards to be realistic, but we won't waste budget on non-essentials.

This means that you get to spend more of your evaluation time and budget trialling the system rather than learning how to set it up, or creating templates and other things that you may never use. Makes sense to us.

What it includes

Our aim is to work with you to save you time, money and frustration. So we offer services that you can use precisely as you wish, rather than imposing fixed programs. A program can include any of the following elements.

• Library setup - to a sufficient level for work on pilot material and, where appropriate, to prove the effectiveness of system securities
• Publishing template design - sufficient for publishing outputs in reasonable conformity with the organisation's required output standards and formats, but not necessarily correct or complete in every detail
• Legacy material import - assisting with the import of sufficient representative material to conduct the pilot
• User training - to the minimum level required to enable users to work on pilot material
• User support - expert assistance with operating issues as required during the pilot, to ensure that users do not get bogged down or waste valuable evaluation time
• Pilot evaluation - assistance with assessing the results of the pilot, identifying any problems, and assessing the measures required to resolve them
