On-line Training

We can now deliver targeted instruction on any aspect of AuthorIT direct to your desk without the overheads of actually being there.

How it works

Using the web-based meetings service eBLVD, you connect to one of our training PCs, so that you can receive demonstrations of actions and procedures from a training consultant as if they were happening on your own PC. We can provide simultaneous connection to either one or two of your sites. There are two options for an audio channel, allowing full multi-way conversation, so you can ask as many questions as you like.

We make all the arrangements for the training sessions at a mutually-convenient time and email you with the details. All you have to do is attend and participate.

The training includes tuorial periods, hand's on exercise periods and Q&A sessions - just like our face-to-face training. We provide all materials required for use during the training and for later revision in your own time, and you can use our 30-day email support to sort out any problems.

What you will need

• a PC with broadband internet connection
• for the audio channel, either:
• a telephone for connection to the eBLVD conference number (toll-free from within the US), or;
• audio facilities (sound card and microphone) on your PC for voice connection using the Skype VOIP facility
• for group presentation (if required), an lcd projector and loudspeaking phone/pc sound facility
