AuthorIT Corporation offers annual maintenance plans for all licences.
- For new licences first year maintenance is automatically added to the licence cost. In subsequent years, you have the option of renewing on a year-by-year basis.
- For existing licences maintenance can be purchased for all licences at any time.
Annual maintenance fee: 19% of the current list price for all licences held.
Note: Maintenance applies to licences issued after May 23rd 2005. For information on renewing or updating legacy support plans, please contact PDA.

Web Support
Entitles you to:
- receive unlimited technical support via AuthorIT's web-based helpdesk. Questions and requests for assistance receive a response within 48 hours.
- present suggestions to AuthorIT developers for enhancements or modifications you would like included in new versions. (Final decision on implementation of these requests will remain at the discretion of the developers).
Note: Technical Support is defined as providing assistance with identifying and resolving technical issues and problems with AuthorIT and is not for learning how to use AuthorIT. For this, use the free tutorial and user group, or contact us for details of our current training courses. Please do not use the helpdesk.
Upgrades
Immediate availability of the next major software version upon release, as a free download from the AuthorIT website
New Feature Coverage
Automatic qualification for new optional features and outputs.
Free update and bug fix releases
Receive notification of updates and bug fixes via e-mail and free download from the AuthorIT website.
Support for Versions Prior to V3
The information in this section does not apply to any AuthorIT release prior to version 3.0 and we no longer provide support for any release of AuthorIT prior to version 3.0. We recommend that all users upgrade to the current version of AuthorIT .
