As your documentation team grows, or your requirement for advanced AuthorIT facilities develops, you can upgrade your software by any of the following paths.

V3 Desktop to V4 Enterprise Floating
V3 Workgroup to V4 Workgroup
V3 Workgroup to V4 Enterprise Fixed
V3 Workgroup to V4 Enterprise Floating
V3 Enterprise Fixed to V4 Enterprise Fixed
V3 Enterprise Floating to V4 Enterprise Floating 		V4 Desktop to V4 Workgroup
V4 Desktop to V4 Enterprise Fixed

When upgrading from Version 3 to Version 4, we will make an allowance for your existing licence against the cost of the required Version4 licence.

If you are upgrading a Version 4 licence to a different edition, we will offset the full cost of existing licences against your upgrades costs.

Updates
Minor updates are made available between major new releases to customers with a maintenance plan. Minor updates are issued for significant new features, minor enhancements, and bug fixes.
