Dependable quality and continuity of service
In our experience, documentation is seldom a once-and-for-all exercise. Individual products develop over time, and new generations of products evolve, normally building on the concepts, principles and techniques of their predecessors. As they do, the supporting documentation must also develop and evolve.
PDA provides the continuity for documentation development to become a painless and efficient process. We aim always to develop long-term working relationships with our clients, by providing a high level of personal service and commitment. This applies for the initial project, and equally for the vital process of maintaining and updating what we produce. We take the trouble to familiarise ourselves with your organisation and its way of doing things. We get to know your products and the environment in which they operate. And, of course, we get to know members of your staff so that we can communicate easily and efficiently with them for the purposes of gaining and providing information. As a result, you can expect increasing value from the documentation process as our familiarity grows.
We have worked continuously for some clients for more than a decade, and the majority of our work is repeat business, or commissions gained as a result of referrals from established clients.
