• If some aspects of what we're documenting are not defined when we start, we work round them until they are.
• If you need to change something after we've documented it, we assess the effects and simply get on with necessary modifications.
• You may hit unavoidable delays, or discover in the middle of a project that you need something else from us more urgently: text for the exhibition flyer everyone overlooked perhaps, or preliminary information for the customer in Peru; whatever.

The point we're making is that while we are working for you we try to identify completely with your interests, and to provide a truly flexible and responsive service. No whining, moaning or complaining. Promise.
