We design training courses to provide instruction in subjects such as the use of bespoke and proprietary software, and in the operation and maintenance of equipment or systems. The courses may be delivered either by our clients’ own trainers or by PDA trainers. We have provided courses to cover:

- Techniques of word processing, DTP, illustration and other document-related skills.
- Techniques of technical writing and help authoring.
- Operation of dealing room systems.
- Operation and maintenance of data switching and telecoms products.
- Operation of telecom and broadcast products.
All PDA courses are researched and developed in-house and delivered by competent personnel, well-versed in the subject matter.
