PDA can design and deliver bespoke training for a wide variety of disciplines. We provide one-to-one and group training, both on and off-site and our courses have covered:

Use of proprietary and bespoke software.
Techniques of word processing, DTP, illustration and other document-related skills.
Techniques of technical writing and help authoring.

Operation and maintenance of data-switching and telecoms products.
Operation of telecom and broadcast products.

All PDA courses are researched and developed in-house and delivered by competent personnel, well-versed in the subject matter.

PDA did a great job for us creating an accurate, coherent user guide from scratch, even though the system was continually changing and the detailed knowledge of how the system worked was spread among many people.

The authors put in a great deal of effort to learn what the software does, and also to understand the functions of people in the organisation who use it. Consequently, they were able to resolve most queries by actually working the system, and to communicate intelligently with IT staff and system users to resolve the rest.

The documentation they produced was very well organised and easy to use. It was also sufficiently comprehensive to be used as the functional specification for the recent migration of the system onto Windows platforms.
